Thursday, August 27 3-8PM

To ensure the greatest efficiency we are asking that you make every effort to come during the specified dates and times. The dates are weather dependent so if inclement weather exists and needs to be rescheduled, you will be notified via email.

Ensuring your safety
All staff will be wearing masks and gloves during this process. When you arrive, pop the
trunk of your vehicle and our staff will place the school items in the trunk of your vehicle.

What will be distributed to parents when you arrive?

Einstein Staff have been in the process of collecting the following items for distribution:
• 7th grade Chromebooks
• Chromebook contract (7th graders or new students to Einstein only)- parents can sign when
they pick it up
• Textbooks
• Other supplemental materials
• Class schedule
• 2019-20 Yearbook
• 2019-20 High honors/medals

2019-20 8th graders, who are now freshman, will have their Einstein yearbooks, high honors
certificates and medals sent to their respective high school for pick up in the following weeks.

Feeder Elementary Schools are sending the yearbooks to us for last year's 6th graders who didn't
receive theirs. If we receive them in time we will add them to the distribution list for your child.

Where do I go to get the materials?

Parents of 7th grade students can pick up their items by driving up through the bus turn around /
7th grade drop off area. Once all items are placed in the trunk of your vehicle, a staff member will
have you sign the Chromebook contract. When you leave, please take a right on to Durkee Street
to avoid any traffic congestion.

Parents of 8th grade students can pick up items in front of Einstein on Florida Avenue. Travel west bound on Florida Avenue and pull up near the curb where staff will be present to assist. After all items are placed in the trunk of your vehicle, drive straight on Florida Avenue and avoid taking a right on Durkee Street to avoid traffic congestion.
